The "Working Session" is a dedicated time where we actively work on your bookkeeping challenges together. The purpose is to move beyond discussion and actually get bookkeeping tasks done.

Perfect for business owners who want hands-on support in resolving small issues as they arise, staying on top of their finances, and gaining confidence in their books. Together, we’ll tackle challenges, clarify uncertainties, and make bookkeeping simpler and more manageable.

How a Working Sessions Works

Work will be conducted remotely through access to your cloud-hosted financial data. This will allow us to examine your transaction records, financial reports, and account reconciliations.

Setup and communication: The process begins with a kickoff meeting through Google Meeting (video) to establish expectations, confirm the necessary documents.
Digital access: Send me an invitation to establish access to your cloud-based accounting software.
Remote tasks: Standard bookkeeping duties like recording transactions, posting debits and credits, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and creating financial reports will be completed.
Document handling: If needed, documents will be shared through my secure client portal.
